Presented in excellent condition is this exquisite example of a 2017 Blancpain Villeret Quantième Complet 6654-1127. The watch features a 40mm stainless steel case, smooth stainless steel stepped bezel, white dial with Roman numerals and is coupled to a stainless steel mesh bracelet. Having been professionally tested for condition and accuracy, it’s deemed to be running perfectly and is showing very limited signs of wear.
As the quintessential expression of Blancpain’s most classic collection, the reference 6654-1127 showcases traditional horological artistry combined with modern practicality. The pristine matte white dial features applied white gold Roman numeral hour markers, an inner date ring tracked by a distinct blued steel serpentine hand, and windows for the day and month. At the 6 o’clock position, a beautifully executed moonphase indicator reveals a stylized gold moon face surrounded by stars. Powering the watch is the intricate automatic Calibre 6654, which features a generous 72-hour power reserve and an innovative under-lug correction system that allows the calendar functions to be adjusted safely with a fingernail at any time of day without damaging the movement.
