What are my payment options?

Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer. Additionally, we accept payment online via all major credit and debit cards as well as having some fantastic finance options available too. Finance can be applied for on the website or over the telephone by calling 0207 458 4544. Cash, cheques and bankers drafts are accepted by prior agreement only.

If I buy a watch online or over the phone, do I have to pay in advance?

It may seem like a silly question, but it’s one we’ve been asked many times. If you are buying a watch from us, whether it be online, over the phone or in person, it must be paid for in full before we can release it or ship it to you. Please see our returns policy just in case you don’t like your new watch.

How do I know the watch i’m buying is genuine?

All our watches go through rigorous tests by our fully trained watchmakers to ensure they are not only genuine, but also running to manufacturer standards and with 100% genuine parts fitted before they are put up for sale. Can I part-exchange a watch?

Absolutely. We take most major brands in part-exchange against any watches we have for sale. Just select the watch you want to buy and then click the SELL MY WATCH button to submit an enquiry to sell yours.
