Presented in excellent condition is this elegant example of a 2024 Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Large Small Seconds Q3858522. The watch features a 45.6mm x 27.4mm stainless steel case, smooth stainless steel bezel, silvered-grey dial with Arabic numerals and is coupled to a brown leather strap. Having been professionally tested for condition and accuracy, it’s deemed to be running perfectly and is showing very limited signs of wear.
Originally designed in 1931 to withstand the rigorous polo matches of British Army officers in India, the Reverso has become an absolute icon of Art Deco design. This contemporary Monoface Large iteration beautifully retains those classic rectangular proportions and signature horizontal gadroons. The stunning silvered-grey dial showcases a sophisticated combination of a vertically brushed outer track, a central guillochĂ© motif, and striking blued steel hands complemented by a sunken small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock. Flipping the patented swivelling case reveals a blank stainless steel reverse, providing the perfect canvas for custom engraving.
