The watch features a 39mm 18K yellow gold case, smooth 18K yellow gold bezel, ivory dial with gold applied baton indices and is coupled to a brown alligator leather strap with an 18K yellow gold buckle. The reference 5227J represents the peak of contemporary dress watch sophistication, modernizing Patek Philippe’s iconic Calatrava line.
